Kudos to New Braunfels for being recognized for the jewel that it is. Last week the New York Times did a feature on the city and its explosive growth over the last decade.

Aside from the original headline referring to the city as “remote” — a topic we addressed in Wednesday’s paper — it gives outsiders a good bird’s eye view of the community and the changes that have come with that growth. And that it likely won’t stop.
