Patricia Pate
The most courageous woman I have ever known. My Mom. Mrs. Pate and her daughter Brooxie have spent their lives supporting and rescuing homeless and shelter animals. Another victim to cancer, my mom fought so hard. I am so proud of her. She truly is the ultimate example of what a woman, lady and survivor should be. I miss her so much. I will see you in heaven some day. With all my love your daughter, Brooxie.
My mom had many talents. She was a seamstress and quilter, a Master Gardener and a multitalented business woman.
She is survived by her daughter Brooxie Stroud, son Vic Stroud, daughter-in-law Elizabeth Stroud, Kelly Stroud and daughter-in-law Barbie Stroud and Timothy Stroud and daughter-in-law Nancy Stroud, granddaughters Chelsea, Colleen, Nikki and Lindsey and great-grandson Twister.
A private service will be held at Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home, Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009.
