Funeral services for Armilda I. Reid, 90, of Killeen will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen. Bro. Boyce Edwards will officiate. Burial will follow in the Killeen City Cemetery.
Mrs. Reid passed away Friday, Oct. 23, 2009, in Killeen.
Armilda Imogene was born in Holland, Texas on July 9, 1919, to Charles Christopher and Mildred Josephine (Jacobs) Goodnight.
Mrs. Reid was a member of the Church of Christ of Killeen.
Armilda was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Roger B. Reid, and brother, Charles Goodnight.
Survivors include her husband, Adrian L. Reid of Killeen; a daughter, Cynthia Welty of Liberty Hill; a daughter-in-law, Mary Reid of Killeen; brother, Weldon Goodnight of Killeen; sister, Mary Bay of Bryan; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen.
