Captain (USAF) James Randall Heinbaugh and Sarah Jean Davis were united in marriage on Oct. 16, 2009, at Nolte Farms in Seguin. Midge Davis, step-mother of the bride, facilitated the double-ring ceremony. The bride was escorted to the altar by her father, Ron Davis. Sarah’s gown was an original design by her. The dress of silk taffeta featured a chantilly lace inset at the waist. The lace also adorned the bottom of the train.
James is the son of Lt. Colonel Randall Heinbaugh of Seabrook and Eileen Heinbaugh of Pearland. Col. Jimmie Heinbaugh of North Carolina and Mrs. Lee James of Florida are his grandparents.
Sarah is the daughter of Ron and Midge Davis of Friendswood and Sally and Larry Davis of Clear Lake. Grandparents are Philip and Janice Parker of Clear Lake, Jack and Grace Balzer of Canyon Lake and Opal Davis of Friendswood.
James is a graduate of New Braunfels High School and The University of Texas at Austin. Sarah graduated from Clear Lake High School and the University of Texas at Austin.
Dinner and dancing under a beautiful fall sky followed the ceremony. After a trip to the Bahamas the newlyweds wil be at home in Colorado Springs, Colo.
