Julia Deon Daniel and Devin Koehler Mr. and Mrs. Glenn and Donna Rohmfeld of San Angelo, Texas, and Mr. and Mrs. Ray and Charlene Murphy of Sweetwater, Texas, announce the engagement and approaching wedding of their daughter, Julia Deon Daniel, to Devin Koehler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis and Diana Koehler of New Braunfels. Deon is a 1996 Wall High School graduate and is attending Angelo State University in San Angelo. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Betty Murphy and Mr. Paul Hickey of San Angelo. Devin is a 1996 Canyon High School graduate and graduated in 2000 from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin. Devin is employed by the Concho Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America. He is the grandson of Mrs. Frankie Uhr of New Braunfels. The couple will be united in marriage on Sept. 26, 2009 at First United Methodist Chapel in San Angelo.
