SPRING BRANCH — Five hundred and 41 miles is a long way to travel to play a Texas High School football game, but that’s exactly what El Paso Eastwood did this past Friday.

The Troopers, whose mascot is called “Sarge,” ventured to Spring Branch to play the Smithson Valley Rangers for week three of the Texas high school season.
