The courts and the Federal LEO's should note, that if redress is denied through the courts, then the only redress available to any victim, or their families is through the use of the 2nd amendment right. Not the best way to handle it, but the abuser would never be able to do that again. So, just treat people with respect, even though you have a "legal shield".
