Comal County’s Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will host a DIY class on holiday wreath-making from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the extension service office, 325 Resource Drive in New Braunfels. The cost is $15 for those who preregistered before Nov. 7.

“You don’t have to buy an expensive wreath from the store to get your front door into the spirit of the season,” said Krystal Snider, Comal County extension agent for health education. “Let us teach you how you can make fun and festive wreaths all year long.”

Attendees should call 830-620-3440 to see if space might still be available in the class, the final DIY event in 2018. DIY Saturdays will resume in January.
