Police: New Braunfels man charged in sexual relationship with Ill. teen

New Braunfels Police Department officers on Wednesday arrested a registered sex offender who they say conducted a sexually charged telephone relationship with a 13-year-old girl in Illinois for months.

Paul Boris Golceff, 45, of New Braunfels, convinced the teen to perform sexual acts and traded sexually explicit photographs with her, NBPD Capt. John McDonald said.
