SAN ANTONIO — The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force sponsored by the United States Marshals Service is requesting assistance apprehending a convicted sex offender.
Joseph Michael Hall is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service in Dayton, Ohio for failure to register as a sex offender. Hall has several prior convictions, including manslaughter.
He is believed to be in the San Antonio area and has advertised his services as a handyman on Craigslist. He uses the name of Michael and is advertising his business under the name of “MJ's Remodeling and Repair.” Hall has been in the San Antonio area for the past several months.
He has the following identifiable tattoos:
• Tattoo on left arm of a leopard with a lion
• Tattoo on upper right arm of two hearts with the names of “Tiffany” and “Heather.”
The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force is requesting assistance from the public with any information that may lead to the location of Hall. A USMS wanted poster for Hall has been posted on www.usmarshals.gov
