After serving more than 11 years as New Braunfels ISD’s superintendent, Randy Moczygemba announced his intent to retire as of June 30 on Tuesday. 

Moczygemba has been in education for more than 35 years. He became assistant superintendent in 2007 and then superintendent in December 2009. NBISD said he was a classroom teacher and administrator, as well.
