New Braunfelsers sent a clear message May 13 stating that they want to help eradicate hunger in the community.
Donations to the 2017 Stamp Out Hunger food drive eclipsed a prior record for weight collected here, a record set four years ago, said Alison Hock, a member of the board at SOS Food Bank, which benefits from the annual drive supported by letter carriers in the city.
