I think the housing pricing in New Braunfels is very reasonable, compared to adjacent Cities, and especially States. There is a very large expansion going on in the housing area now, and it does not have the necessary services to support it. Food markets and other services are but some examples. Other examples are sufficiently sized neighborhood collector streets and arterial roads that are sized properly and in sufficient number. Those are the things that need to be focused on.
