Despite rising COVID-19 cases, New Braunfels city facilities will remain open to the public for now, officials said.

David Ferguson, the city’s media and communications coordinator, said the city would not follow the city of San Marcos, which announced on Wednesday that its city facilities would remain closed to the public until Feb. 1.
